Microbes may soon help make it easier to recycle a bottle. Most people after drinking out of a bottle just tossed in a recycle bin, without realizing what's going to happen to that bottle after that. most plastic bottles are made of a material called pet or polyethylene terephthalate. but a team of researchers in Europe recently found a way to convert pet. heading pet plastic products a solid called terephthalic acid, to find out, the scientists studied soil collected near a plastic bottle factory. harnessing this bacteria's ability to convert ta to pha could be important.
