1. THE ESSAY: BY RUBEN


Physical education is as part of our curriculum .Physical education is the way some people learn which is called physical/special learners. Students would also learn to interact, cooperate, and work together. This would prepare us for real life, collage when we work with other people and when we play sports; sports are an important part of some student’s life. That’s why we should have more sports, equipment, and sport teams. Physical activity in school helps you being healthy and having sportsmanship.

Obesity is a really big problem in the US. Students are not having the right physical activities. To fight obesity kids need to exercise. They wont exercise at home because their to lazy. Even I use to be pretty obsessed until I saw many kids playing different sports like soccer, gymnastics, kickboxing, football, running, rock climbing, and swimming. But the one sport that interested me the most was running, like in track in field. So I started to get into it and started running miles in the park. The more I ran the faster I got. It was a good feeling when your faster than the people that where faster than you. After that I then run in a mile race in my school. I was so close on getting 3rd place, the other kid one me by one second, but at least I got medal for coming out in 4th place. After that day I trained even more and when I weight my self again I halved lost 20 pounds. What I’m saying is that school sports are a motivation for obsessed kids or regular kids.

With sports in our schools there can be future athletes. But for that we need sport teams. Kids will get better at the sports they love and before you know it they’ll be playing pro. Athletes even started playing at their schools. They now have a successful life by playing sports. We can end up the same way if we have sports to play and prepare us for an active life style.

With the different TV shows coming out in TV, kids don’t do anything active. That is why it is up for the schools to have sports, like in PE because students have to play along. I bet even Arnold Schwarzenegger use to play different kind of sports when he was younger. If they change our schools to have more sports and sport teams we may have a long and healthy life style.

4. The Finger By Ruben
My mom was working on a blanket that my aunt was going to pay her for. But my mom had only one day to finish it and she hasn’t even started on it.
My mom then took out the sowing machine and some wool. Then she started working on the blanket. An hour later and she had half way finished. But she had run out of wool. So she went to her room to get more wool. But she left the machine on .I was watching her sowing and it look interesting to me.
I then put my finger rights were the needle was. I was three I didn’t know what I was doing. The needle went right thought my skin. It hurt like hell. I started crying like crazy .My mom came and said why I put my finger in the machine. I couldn’t answer because I was crying. My mom then took me to the hospital and they sowed my finger. Now I have a scar in my middle finger to remember that day.

CONSTITUTION

The choices are respected but the laws of the country must be enforced. Judges will be present to every court. Every person will be given a fair trial in court. Every one will be able to afford a good lawyer. A lawyer will be present in court. A group of people will be decided to run the country and the best will be chosen from their educational record. They will be prevented from making a wrong choice like abusing their power and their will be allowed to create laws. A different group of people will be the ones who will decide the final laws of the country. A president will be prevented from abusing his powers of the country. The president will be elected by the people. The president will not have the full control of the country. Their will be a group in charge of creating the laws and hearing out the opinions of the laws from the people. The laws will be chosen from the people then passed on the other group in charge in making sure the laws are fair. Then passing them on to the president to have the final decision in passing or destroying the law.
The people will have their own rights. To protect their rights they will need laws. The people will get what they deserve if they break the law. The people will now then have to follow that law. We will be in charge of keeping the government in balance. We will prevent from the government getting out of control. Like the president becomes a dictator or they start to make laws people never wanted. The people will respect each others thoughts, rights, and decisions. With the help of the people we can tern this country to a better place to live.
The leader will be chosen by the promises they offer. They will not be chosen for the race or sex they are but by the loyalty for the people and their country. The leader will talk for the people and will be chosen from the people. We will have a leader who is willing to change the country. He will put the government to a balance. He will change the government’s way of thinking about war and other issues of these days. A leader who will listen to the people’s advice and judgments. But the people will make sure that no one including the leader to get all the power. They will not choose someone that they know who is going to be a bad leader just because he/she will bribe them with lies. For example,” If you vote for me I will give you all burritos”. The people then vote for him/her and they never get their burrito.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
People are equal bit they act a certain way that makes them different just by their nature. The government keep many truths a secret for are own protection and safe keeping of our enemies. If ever the government breaks the laws the people have the rights to change the government. If the government takes advantage of the people then the people have a right to do something about it.

A new government has to take action and provide security. All colonies have to have a government. People have been seen taking over a lot of states, like kings.

A LONG HARD JOURNEY
When the African American were no longer slaves they didnt had any money or place to go.So they had to get jobs.Some returned to the people that kept them slaves and worked for them and some worked as porters.Portersare the guys who take your luggage when you go on a train.
George Pullman made a train called the board of trade special.Pullman hiredex-slaves to work as porters.In the train porters got able to go to manyplaces.Porters ussually help around by helping travelers with their luggage,helping mothers with their children,or pointing sights to foreign travelers. Sometimes porters get more money ifcollag students do pranks on the and they go along with it then the collage students give them a big tip for being a good sport..Most women like it when porters flirt with them.
For most people porters are the highest ranking ther can be.For many children when they grow up they would like to be porters.Most porters are mostly African American.Being a porter in that time was a great job.
But if one of the porters quit they have to go to court and the court people tell him to work again and make the person who quit sign a contract to make them never quit from that job.

Roger is a nice boy but he is eager to steal because he is poor.Roger tries to steal a purce from Mrs.Jones.Mrs.Jones then grabs him and drags Roger to her house for he can wash his face.Mrs.Jones asks the boy if he has ate.The boy said "no,because he doesnt have anyone in his house to make food".Roger then explains to the lady why he was going to rob the lady's purce.Roger wanted the lady's purce because he wanted to buy a pair of blue suede shoes.After Mrs.Jones fed the boy,she gaved him ten-dollars to buy the suede shoes.She told him to never do the same mistake again of robbing purces.As Mrs.Jones takes him to the front door,the boy wants to say thank you.He said thank you to Mrs.Jones as she was closing the door.That was the last time Roger saw Mrs.Jones.
