Swimming: The better weight loss plan
Walking has been given the name, "excersive at your pace." The excersive that is sweeping the nation step by step is walking. However is it the most effective? In my opinion no. From much reseach I have done from websites like, amabafrance-do.org, I found that swimming for elderly people with bone and other problems is the answer!

Within the understanding that walking can definately be beneifishal to your health, it also can take months to have an effect in the scale and mirror. Walking as well can help you loose weight, however how long are you willing to wait? As well walking needs to be combinde with other diet control and other excersives. Swimming itself works out every mucsel in your body, compared to walking which only works out your legs, it is unmatchable.

Swimming only takes a short 30 minutes in the water. As well the water relaxs your muscel pains. Swimming is proven, as well as being recomeneded by doctors to help you loose weight. Swimming is greater than any other excersive, due to the fact that all you have to do for result in the mirror and scale is swim. No need for diets and other excersizes to go with it!

Would you choose an excersize that could take months to show your well diserved results? Or would you choose an excersize that is proven by doctors, it as well works out every muscel in you're body, cancelling the need for any other diet or excersize. Choose faster, choose better. Choose walking!




Walking is the Best Form Of Exercise for Most People

Most people aren't marathon runners. Most people don't have lots of money or time. Exercise can get lost in between you're job and budget. To take away the tension from you're job and get a full proof exercise, why don't you go for a walk?

It is proven and recommended by, The President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, that walking is one of the best forms of exercise to date. Although some people may say that walking is too easy, walking has tremendous effects on you're health. Another wonderful benefit to walking is that it improves you're heart rate, blood pressure, reduces stress, and helps you loose weight. Walking has also gained world wide respect. Briskly walking a mile can add up to the same as running a half mile. As well running can leave a jarring effect, from all the bouncing, however walking can leave you practically pain free.

As well as being a world wide exercise, it's an exercise for all ages. You can get the whole family involved in walking, Grandma, Grandpa, everyone! Most exercises are purely solo, with walking you can go by yourself, or make it family event, either way you're improving you're physical fitness. Walking is flexible to you're lifestyle as well, you don't need a gym or a machine. You can exercise anytime and anywhere.

With money so tight these days no one has enough to go out and buy a gym membership card or an exercise machine. Walking is completely free. However sometime "the quick fix" is more appealing then a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day. Walking can help you loose weight, and maintain healthy weight, like I said before walking is free. Now you won't have to waist your cash to get something that won't last. With the obesity rate going up and the eagerness to want to loose weight, it's understandable, however you can not forget about the simple things, because sometimes they can make all the difference.

Are you like most people, who want to be proud when they look in the mirror? Can you not find the time to fit exercise into you're schedule? Does you're budget keep you from having a decent exercise? If you're like most people then walking is the answer for you. Although it doesn't drench you in sweat, does not mean it isn't an exercise with tremendous health benefits. Remember next time you exercise, don't forget about the simple things, and just go for a walk!

Summary 1, Fiction

In the story, "Thank You Ma'm," Roger, was going through a hard time and found himself trying to steal a woman's, Luetta's, pocketbook. She wasn't just any old woman though, she fought back, and ended up teaching him a lesson. The story shows how people can change, if they have a good enough example. Who would had thought that lesson teacher would come off the street?

She, Luettea, was walking back to her house, with her large pocketbook. When Rogger came from behind her and tryed to steal her pocketbook. He fell on his knees, then took him back to her house to teach that boy a lesson. She showed her trust by leaving the pocketbook on the bed next to him and leaving the room. She cleaned him up and fed him. Before he was excused to go, he turned to her and said, "Thank You M'am." He said that because she understud, trusted and helped him, and that was the greatest lesson to him, change.

This story, takes the charactor od a crazy large old woman, and throws her in sitcuation of almoust being stolen from. Insted of running off, she did the unthinkable, and taught him a lesson, that he was much better than that.


Summary 2, Non Fiction:

LED's, light emitting diodes, and OLED's, organic light emitting diodes, a computer chip that gives off light, as well as saving you're energy bill. LED's are 20% to 50% effcient. They're wrapped around plastic, not glass, so breaking them is almoust imposible. LED's come in red, green and blue. LED's can be used outside, and vertually anywhere, these features give truth to why they are caled "The Next Generation."

OLED's have different layers, that also produce different colors, just in a different way then the LED's. OLED's are used in cellular phone screens. OLED televison sets are sold at limmited stores at a price tag of $2,500, it will be a while till an OLED televisons set are sold at "Best Buy" or any other home appliance store. More electronic inventions for OLED's are in process.

Scientists are making more ways to make LED's OLED's cheaper so more people can have them, and shorten their energy bill, and America's obsession with energy. The future is already looking brighter!

Non- Fiction 2:
With 14 dead whales found, and no obvious reason as to why, then how did they die? Algal Bloom's, bunches of alage, containing Alexandium tamerense, a deadly toxin caused by diroflagelle, a word we are not so fimiliar with is killing the population of whales today, but how?

The whales, we now know died from Alexandium tamerense, which came from the Algal Bloom's. Red Tide, a dangorous mixure when produced consintrated in body's of organisms that contain alage, that is the technical term for the deaths. I t is also the reason the water is red, it can be green and other colors, that happens when the chemicals meet. Technology really has nothing to do with it. It actually helps it. By using a stalite they can detect the exact problem, and the corect aproach to take to fix it.

Non-Fiction 3:
After the civil war, many former slaves worked as Porters on Pullman Trains. Pullman Trains were elegant, comfortable trains that crossed the country. Pullman thought that ex-slaves would make good Portors because they were used to serving people. Many ex-slaves wanted to be a porter because it was a well respescted in the black community, and it was better paid then most jobs. So why did most of the Porters quit?Most porters were admirered by white wemon. This caused them to be harrassed by their employer. They would be beaten.

They would be beaten and missstreated if they did not follow the gudlines of a Porter as well. The Porters job was to smile and greet people as wll as to serve them. At first glance the job looked like the perfect answer. But after a while even the happiest Porters had to fake their smile. The passangers would misstreat them too. Many of the Porters had, had enough, and would quit.

A Porters life seemed elegant, and classy for an ex-slave. Yet they still quit, tthe happassment and tourment out-weighed the benefits of the job. They were loved, and everyone wanted them. But even the greatest life wasn't enough to keep them happy, they wanted to be treated well, and quitting was all that could do that for them.

Essay: Things to Change about School

Students, unfortunately, are dropping out, now more than ever. With our economy changing, we need students to stay in school, so we can insure they can get a good job, with job opportunities not quite as wide as they used to be. So what can we do to change this, to make students want to stay in school? I stress one solution that has made school enjoyable for me. This is, incorporating the arts, such as, drama and music back into the education process.

Why? You might ask. How is taking reading, math science and history, off the students mind and replacing it with this, going to help? That argument might be true, but wouldn’t that mean that the reading, math, science and history teachers aren’t doing their job? The point is, we’re trying to make students want to go back to school. It’s a proven fact, that after you’ve said something, that we have the capability to remember at least part of it. You could give the students lines to memorize, giving them memorization skills and tricks, which they could use in their traditional classes, for helping them study for tests, or just helping them memorize the stuff you say in class. This most likely will them higher test score, and most definitely raise their confidence.

Now you might say, yes, and that’s all good, but how is taking time away from us trying to tech the students? You are entitle to a certain amount of time with your students, to teach them one subject. If any Governor, try’s to take time out of art program classes so you can teach the same subject over, to bore the students, needs to realize what they would be doing. There is a part of your brain that works creatively, if you were forced you’re entire life to ignore that part of your brain, you can consider yourself brain-dead. Think about it.

Everyone has the same goal in mind, and agree their needs to be a solution. That’s what I’m trying to do. The arts are something that worked for me, when I thought nothing would. I can almost promise you that the art programs along with the same education will work. Be creative!

Response to Literature: Lord of The Flies Kirstine Donegan

What are humans like really? Are we civilized or are we savages? William Golding puts that question to rest with a few hundred pages of pure gold literature. In his classic novel “Lord of the Flies,” young boys, Ralph, Simon, Jack and Piggy’s lives are tragically altered by a plane crash, killing the pilot leaving these young boys to fend for themselves on a deserted island. I assure you this novels message will stick with you for life, the message of good and evil.
Jack and Ralph go head to head in a battle for chief of the island. Jack’s arrogance held him back from being elected. Although the election for Jack may had not been a win, still he constantly fought Ralph by challenging his leadership skills. As an example, Ralph asked Jack for a simple favor, for him to help build the shelter. As a response, Jack selfishly ignored Ralph’s order and continued hunting, as his hunters did. They lit a fire on the top of the hill, as a device to help them to be found. Jack Maliciously grasped Piggy’s specs (glasses) leaving Piggy with only one lenses to view the island from.
Little’uns are petrified of the “beastie” a reoccurring nightmare. The “beastie” thought to be nothing more than a ferocious wild animal loose on the island. Their theory would soon change as Jack, and other boys changed. Jack wanted nothing to do with the “beastie” or the thought of the “beastie.”
Jack was beginning to show little want to be rescued. This is shown when he purposely didn’t relight the fire. Then the boat came, and their chance to be rescued had just been forfeited. Ralph had every right to be angry and disappointed as chief because head given orders and Jack once again had shown little respect for him, and Jack disobeyed. Jack still cared very little and gloated over the pig he caught, while he was supposed to be relighting the fire.
These previous events led to the meeting of the minds between Jack and Ralph. This led to the vulgar argument between them. Such argument led Jack to believe that he had no other choice but to divide the island in half and start his own community on the other side. Most of the boys joined Jack, which left Ralph, Piggy, Simon and the twins on the opposite side of Jack. Such events led to tragic deaths of Simon and Piggy. Leaving the remaining boys to turn against each other in grief.
After the fire Jack had set through the forest, trying to take the life of Ralph. The unsuccessful venture led to the very successful finding of the young boys. In the end they are rescued by a Navel officer.
What are humans like really? Put us in the right situation and our true colors will begin to shine through the roof. In my opinion this book very easily explains the difference between good and evil, just in its title, “Lord of the Flies” simply put the devil. So what are we like really? We are neither, we are not savages, nor are we civilized. You can divide the human race into 2 groups, civilized people and savages, but what you’ll find is that at times people who are considered civilized can act like a savage, and the other way around. As I said, put us in the right situation, and then you’ll see that we are all human, no matter the front we may make, or the reputation we withhold, we are not obsolete from mistakes. My opinion about this book, is simple I think it is very well written, I think the dialogue fits, I could had done without all of the deaths but it proved it’s point, in a very hard to miss and strong manner.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us. The Government banded them of his protection and put war against them.

Right ought to be Free and Independent States, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States The United States should be completely independent, and not depend on Great Britain, and to be free like other independent states.

Constitusion

Coming with the glory of becoming an Independent state, comes the responsiblity of taking care of such State. We the people shalt not be taken advantage of once again. We were not born of ignorence, and we have the knowellege of knowing how this state shall be run, and taken care of. This document wouldn’t even be in process if it wasn’t for the ill government that we just percervered. This document will give the new government and governments after that, on how we want this state to be ruled.
We will start, with what some argue is what started this in the first place, the election.
Election: the election will be a democracy, majority. The age of the voters varys on what they will be voting upon.
President: the president can be, man, woman, both of any ethnicity, (descrimination is not aloud nor will tolated.) The President is the voice of the state. He goes to forign states and advartises our state, trading and doing things that our neccacary for the time being. You can send the President ideas from a representative, the President does not have the power to aprove such ideas, he can only veto them (you can read more on this). Voted on by, American citazins, eight-teen or older. You can only vote once, on each subject. A canadate for President has to be at least thrity-six, has served their country for five or more years, and has a masters degree, in business. President can only be in office for four years unless voted out before then.
Represinatives: A Represinative for each city. The Represintative will act almost as though the President of such city. The Rep. will hear the needs of the city and present them to the President in a board meeting. The President will then choose which needs our most important, and carry them through. This type of event will go on two times a year. The Represinatives will be voted upon by people 16 and older. Represinatives can be, man, woman, both of any ethnicity, (descrimination is not aloud nor will tolated.) A canadate for Represinative has to be at least 36, and has a masters degree, in business.
Three Branches: (Excecutive) The Excecutive branch makes laws, but does not have the power to approve or emforce such laws, the power of approving such laws belongs to Legislative.
(Legislative) This branch has the power to approve laws or veto. Although these branches may seem repetitve to the naked eye, I asure you that this system has you’re best intrest at hand, this system makes it possible that the President can not gain too much power, and gives you many opinions so the most intellegent descion can be made.
(Judicial) This final branch has the power to emforce such laws that were approved and created by, Excecutive and Legislative branches.
Rights: These rights that we will be using and protecting, are the rights clearly stated in the Decloration of Indepence to make sure that there is no repeating in this document, we will only list a few.
• The right to life (definition: no one can take your life, although your life is your responsibility, the government has no right, to take your life.)
• The right to freedom/liberty (definitsion: freedom of speech, no person shall be descriminated upon, you can not be heald hostage against your will, your rights shall not be taken away from you, unless you broke a law which came with a consiquence were your rights were exculed, you can’t be made to do something they don’t want to do.)
• The right to property (definition: you can own something that is only yours, that doean’t give you the right to hurt someone for coming onto your property, no one can come onto your property without your consente, the government can’t kick you out of your home unless you haven’t paied your taxes, then they can move you from your home to a sheltor.)
• The right to happiness ( definition: the government can’t make you happy, but they can make sure that no one can make you unhappy in an illegal way, ways that are not on a government bases are not the governments responsibility.)
Laws: These laws will protect your rights, and give consiquences to people who disobey laws, consiquences vary upon siverity of the crime, or broken law. Trials will be used only if the victom presses charges.
• No killing (includes: animals, people, creatures, unless your life is in critical danger.)
• No abuse (includs: sexual abuse, child neglect, harrassment, sexual harrassment, verbal abuse, child abuse, property abuse.)
• No discrimination (definition: no excluding people, due to differences, that such people can’t help.)
• No stealing (definition: no taking such thing that belongs to someone else without their consente. Includs: money, objects, people.)
• You have to have ensurance on all thing you own that could have damage by accidents, or natural causes.
Consiquence: These consiquences, will be put in effect when you brake a law.
• Killing: Trial, if found julity, prison 25-life no perol, or death penalty by lethal ingection, or electric chair.
• Abuse: sexual abuse: Trial, if found julity, prison 13-25 years, with perol and cousiling.
• Abuse: child neglect: Trial, if found juility, prison 13-25 years, with perol and counsiling.
• Abuse: harrassment: Trial, if found juilty, prison 5-10 years with perol and counsiling.
• Abuse: sexual harrassment: Trial, if found juilty, prison 13-20 years, with perol and counsiling.
• Abuse: verbal abuse: Trial, if found juilty, prison 10-20 years with perol and counsiling.
• Abuse: property abuse: Trial, if found juilty, community corectional facility, 5-15 years with perol and counciling.
• Discrimination: Trial, if found juilty, 3-10 years in jail, with perol.
• Stealing: money: Trial, if found juilty all money must be returned, prison 5-20 years without perol.

• Stealing: people: Trial, if found juilty you must return said person unless you have murdered it then lead police to the body and you will be charged with theft of person and murder and you will go to prison for life without perol, or get death penalty by lethal injection or electric chair. If said person is alive then you will have 25-50 years prison without perol, and counsiling.
• No insurance: You will be given a ticket, that has to be paid. If you get 3 tickets you will go to jail for 3-5 years.

Taxes: taxes will be voted on by you. You will have a variety of taxes to choose from. Their will be taxes on education, troops, basically were you’re money is going to be spent. Their will be different taxes each year, each tax will be improved for the time being.

This document, is correcting problems caused by failed governments. Take this seriously, take the election seriously, take the law seriously, because their will be consiquences, thankfully these consiquences help you keep you’re rights too. This is you’re life, this is how your life will be run, this is you, take this seriously. We were not born ignorent and we should refuse to be treated that way.We became an independent, it’s time to become a responibile state.
