This artical is about a algal that has been killing the hump back whales. The poison was made of mostly trash and some other stuf. To know if you are around the algal look in the water and see if the water is red. Water thats red is called red tide. This algal can be in salt water or fresh water. Sientist dont really know when the Algal will apear. the algal is mostly at the cold bottem waters.
