Children should be limited to watching TV violence. Watching a single episode can increase aggressiveness. Kids with emotional, behavioral, etc. problems are affected more with TV violence. Some kids are immune/numb to the violence on TV, so it doesn't affect them.

A way that kids and teen can watch violence is The First Amendment to have a freedom of speech. However The First Amendment cannot cover the actions that the kids and teens do.
