They say the function of school to learn how to a earn living.
Yeah. Great. That’s their interpretation (which is true, too).
They want this generation to make same amount of money they did, maybe more.
But that won’t happen if you don’t put money in to middle and high schools.
Some kids are really into, say, forensic and they maybe would like to go into the field of work.
Maybe. They aren’t quiet sure. Do they offer a special science class at the local high school, which would maybe seal the deal? Noooo. They have to wait until collage, by that time they have to be sure, and some of them won’t get the opportunity to go to. If they started to give intros to different collage majors at middle & high schools, kids will get more interested in going to collage, and apply for a scholarship.
Of course it’ll probably mean more–wait for it-taxes. Whoo!
What’s the worst it can do? You won’t buy a house you can’t afford? McDonalds will go out of business? They both aren’t bad things.
Scholarships are also a big thing.
If we had more scholarships, we’ll have more educated people in America.
Basically, it’s your money for our future.
Here’s my analysis: morals and values are important, too, but would you rather the next generation of Americans to be polite and struggling economically, or a bit on the rude side and with good jobs?
