1. Purpose of the Play:For me the purpose of the play was to learn how to write our own play. and to let our talents free.
2. The requirements of the Play: the requirements were to learn our parts, scenes and improve them. were to be in our costumes ready during dress rehearsal.when we messed up we had to fix the problems ourselves because when were live the director wasn't going to help us. if you were singing you had to learn the song.
3. Describe the process of building a play: we first had to brainstorm an idea of what the play is going to be about. then after you have an idea you write the characters and how the whole play is going to work out. when people have their parts they can go work on their scenes, dialogue, singing, acting, motions, etc. after we had our parts all down we had rehearsals and fixing the dents in the play. then when we had it as close to perfect as it can get we had dress rehearsals. we set the date. work on it more than perform in front of people.
4. Describe some concepts you learned: i learned that tunnel vision works on the day of the actual performance. because when doing rehearsals i could concentrate but not fully on the drama and on the day of the performance i couldn't think of anything else but the performance.
5. Talk about something you struggled with or enjoyed a lot: i struggled with getting the glitches fixed on our scenes. i also had to make our scenes a little bit longer.
6. Reflect on what you learned: i liked writing our own play because that way we wouldn't be bored by somebodies Else's invention and learn like really long dialogue.
