POL: Play 2009
1. Purpose of the Play: i think the purpose of the play was for the people who had not had any experience with acting and singing to get a chance to try. that way if they grow up and want to be a acter or a singer they will allready have some experience and that might make them feel more comfortable with their carreer choice if they allready know what to do. plus it is a drama class after all we needed to do some sort of play.

2. The requirements of the Play:you needed to write and learn your own lines. and you had to make it convinceing. you have to make it look like your the character your trying to be. because if you dont make it look convinceing it makes the play look less good because it doesnt look real.

3. Describe the process of building a play: first we had to audition, the way we additioned was we
would sing or do a diolog or something like that then mr rachlin would place us where he thinks we would work best in. then we began making the scenes and writing our own script. then we had to reherse. then we placed the scenes where they fit.then we did dress rehersals.

4. Describe some concepts you learned: i learned that i had a good vioce i learned that i could do some acting. and i learned to come out of my shell and how to not be so shy. and i also made alot of freinds in drama class.

5. Talk about something you struggled with or enjoyed a lot:i liked to sing alot but i struggled singing in front of people because at first it was really embarressing. but then i got over it because people kept telling me that i had a good voice.
