Why People should Exercise

Stretching muscles and improves flexibility. Also, stretching the big leg muscles the hamstrings, calves, and quads suddenly loosens and lengthens the muscles of your lower back. So, when you stretch, you're helping your back! Studies show that stretching is best after exercise. You should stretch gently, softly, and not quickly because you could pull a muscle. Finally don't rush because you might pull a muscle or worse, break something.

Walking is another great way to stay in shape because its fun while losing weight. You can walk/run with tour friends or family so it can be a treat for them to. A good place to walk with the family is at the beach because it's romantic for the parents and fun for the kids with some exercising.

Lastly exercising is for everybody and should exercise at least 3 days a week. You should stretch, run, walk, swim, any form of exercise with or without friends or family to get your heart pumping and get yourself in shape
