Dear government,
At my school I think we need more things like cleaner bathrooms , more P.E aquitments .Anyways I wanted to ask you for the money for those things here are some reasons .
For # 1 I think we need more cleaner bathrooms because the boys go in there and draw all over the walls and the giant sink is very dirty . And for the bathrooms the boys drew on the sign which makes it not look like a girl.
For # 2 I think we need more P.E equitment because there is not very much all we have is some jump ropes ,basketball ,and a soccer ball .
As you can seewe need your money and I would like it if you gave it to us!

In the story Thank You Ma’m a boy named Roger stole Mrs.Luella Bates Washington Jones purse . While he was running from her he fell because the purse was so heavy. The lade dragged Roger (a 14 year old boy )all the way home . Roger was very scared . The lady was only a little bit mad but she was mostly triing to clean him up. Roger told her it was only to get money to buy his self some new blue sued shoes. Mrs. Luella Bates Washing Jones made some food and drinks for him. They ate the food together while she talked to him about her life.When she finished talking and he was finished eating the lady gave him $10 to bye his self new blue sued shoes.He only had time to say thank you ma’m because she fed him and gave him money.

Autism
Autism: a variable developmental disorder that appears by age three and is characterized by impairment of the ability to form normal social relationships , by impairment of the ability to communicate with others. The unfortunate definition of a disorder that haunts six per one thousand people according to autism-society.org. Now the question is are we doing enough to ease the burden on these unlucky autistic souls.
Everyone should be able to live an equally capable life and autism strips that inequality from innocent people. Language skills for autistic people regress immensely early in life and can stay in that condition or even become much worse. in fact; according to The National Institute of Neurological Disorder and Stroke, children whose language skills decrease before the age of three are at risk of developing epilepsy or seizure like activity. If we don't fund the research and therapy needed to prevent and treat autism we let the members of our country feel inferior to their fellow citizens. Something that United States has always looked down upon.
There are eight research centers across the country that are "Centers of excellence in autism research", these centers are doing all they can for autism. Such as conducting research into causes, diagnosis, prevention, detection, and treatment. If we put funding into these centers and others then we can make great advances in treating and maybe one day curing autism. More funding means more programs, better equipment, and faster results. If we want to help the autistic community we have to take action. Without funding we cannot make the improvements we need to make a dramatic change.
An argument that many people seem to point out is that we need to invest in a more critical issue in health such as cancer to give an example. Investing in cancer, paralization, and ADD is quite necessary, but it is also necessary to fund autism research. We have to improve the health of our country one disorder at a time. Every child should be able to make friends, every persons thoughts should be heard, and every autistic person should have the chance to be equal.
Conquering autism will take a lot of time, and a lot of dedication, but if we don't fund its research it will continue to hurt so many people of our country. We as people cannot sit back and watch fellow citizens suffer the tragic disorder of autism. Remember when you where young and everything was exciting and new. All you needed was your best friend to talk to and play with. Imagine trying so hard to communicate with the other children and failing helplessly. Imagine all of that, and try to say that we shouldn't put more funding into autism research.

The price and promise of citizenship
Regardless of social status, yearly income, or outside appearances, every American shares the same rights because of their citizenship. It is amazing how little we pay attention to how incredibly lucky we as Americans are to have these rights handed to us. It makes me immensely grateful to know that as a proud citizen I can enjoy and appreciate all that The United States has to offer.Most Americans tend to ask the same question; "What more can I get?", but maybe if we all asked "What more can I do to keep what I already have?", we'd be better off. Its harder to appreciate that we have more than any other country than it is to be selfish and I only see the grass less green. How much would we pay for citizenship? Not normally the question we ask ourselves, but it is a good one indeed. Would we sacrifice as much as our forefathers did? I personally would sacrifice my all without regret. You cannot truly put a price on citizenship because it is priceless there is nothing more sweet and meaningful than being able to live your life the way you choose to live it and not have someone dictate everything you say or do.
I live my life how I choose everyday. As a child I may have to listen to what my parents say, follow the rules they choose to enforce, and I may think that I am being treated unfairly but then I remember that I have more freedom than almost any country could wish for. I do expect to get up every morning free as the next. As a country we owe it to our founders to keep The United States free and just, to make sure that all citizens are represented with the same rights, and to always abide by the constitution. This also requires our respect and contribution as citizens. If we do not vote we will never have a say in how our country is ran and our rights will not be ours.
All politicians should always do whats right and just to keep their fellow citizens safe. It is quite disappointing that this is not always the case, but even though we have some dirty scandalous people running our country a lot of others must be doing the right thing because our country is still filled with grand liberty. This is all I have ever expected from citizenship and it is all I could need from it.
The price and promise of citizenship, there is no exact definition, no perfect sentence or essay, nothing could truly describe the over powering feeling of being free, realizing what we would give for our freedom, being fully aware of what it is, and knowing in our heart what we want from it. To think that most of us get up every morning and think of it as a given, how absolutely incorrect are we?

Walking is something that almost all people do everyday. Most of us just consider it an everyday performance that is nearly absolutely necessary but, we hardly think of the amazing benefits this form of exercise can bring. Walking is easily the best and easiest way to stay fit and healthy your entire life.
An exercise that you can do all of your life is a good form of exercise. According to the Presidents Counsel on Fitness and Exercise 39.4% of all regular male walkers are over the age of 65. Walking is the only exercises that people can do all of their life. Rates of people walking do not decline in their later years which means no matter what age you are you can stay healthy and fit in an easy relaxing way.
Walking is something that everyone can do. you don't need any money to walk for fitness. You don't have to take any special lessons or buy and equipment it is perfectly free. Walking is also something that people can do anywhere anytime. You don't have to go to a gym or any special area. You can walk on a sidewalk, road, trail, park or even in a shopping mall. You can also walk almost anytime of the day. The morning, afternoon, and evening are all suitable times for a good walk. Walking is also a good form of transportation, while getting to where you need to go you also get to burn some calories.
Some people may say that walking is too easy to be a good form of exercises but actually it has become well known as a great form of exercises. According to the Counsel walking lowers your heart rate, increases lung and heart efficiency, lowers blood pressure, and burns excess calories. Walking does an amazing amount of good for your body and helps your circulatory system drastically. The Counsel also stated that walking burns almost the same amount of calories per mile as running. Walking is less strenuous and does virtually gives you the same results as running does.
Walking has a continuous amount of benefits and conveniences. From being convenient, healthy, and easy enough to continue doing your whole life. With obesity numbers rising and the world of fast food sky rocketing all of us need a way to stay in shape. Walking is something that all people could use for exercises and is something that Americans and people all over the world should do to increase their health. We may not have the money to be an exercises machine or a gym membership but we don't need any money to walk outside, breathe in the fresh air, and move our legs.

Best Form of Fitness
A good form of exercise would be an easy accessible exercise that won’t take much time. I think that the best form of exercise for a man like you would be the Wii fitness program. All that you would need is to stay at home, buy a Wii and the Wii fitness game and follow its instructions. It is a virtual game that takes into consideration your body type and helps you physically by practicing games that actually help improve you fitness. I think that this would be a very beneficial exercise program for you.
The Wii fitness works by first creating a Mii which is your virtual character. You then get told your Wii fit age which reflects how successfully you preformed on the Wii balance test. The Wii may even be able to tell you that you may be over weight. Since the Wii is still a computer is still does have few lose ends, but still they are minor flaws that are not to be worried about. Balance, on the other hand, is just one of the four components in the Wii fitness game. Each category is exercised by doing virtual games and activities that pin point that one category.
The Wii fitness works efficiently because it is able to help one with fitness by exercising in games. The Wii targets certain components to improve on so there forth you would be able to know exactly what you are doing so you don’t waste your time on something that isn’t needed. And in the different categories in the game, if you are to exercise long enough you can unlock more games. So this game motivates you to progress. Cedric X. Bryant, PhD, FACSM, a chief science officer of the American Council on Exercise (ACE) says, “With the aerobics and even the strength training, the activities become more challenging and they encourage you to do more repetitions, so there is a built-in progression," And the Wii will also tell you if you are doing certain activities incorrect. It can give you helpful tips if you need them. This advanced game is not only useful for one person but any one of all ages can enjoy the fun activities that the game has to offer. And even if you buy the Wii you can also buy other games that go along with it to play and enjoy. The Wii is a more advanced sort of game because it allows you to interact and move around in and with the game to help exercise your body. I know that when I played the Wii sports and was challenged in boxing, it really got my blood pumping because after a few rounds in the ring, I was exhausted and my arms were sore from throwing a few to many punches.
I think the Wii would be a better exercise decision because it is something new and efficient that will not bore you and will help to motivate you. Some people get embarrassed when they are at the gym or go for a jog, but with the Wii fitness program you don’t have to leave the comfort of your home and you can exercise when ever you have the time. The Wii fitness game is something enjoyable to do, but at the same time you are able to improve you physical fitness. You will be able to focus longer and concentrate on what you are doing because you won’t be worried about how much time you have or how bored you may be. Though it may be expensive the Wii fitness game will be worth it. Marc Franklin, a director of public relations for Nintendo of America explains, "Many Wii Fit activities are directed towards a 'core' workout, a popular exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions," So this exercise plan does have a good basis and foundation, and though it may not be the most affective it is a good way to start to get back into shape and to encourage you to get more physically fit.
You work all day and when you come home to your family that last thing you have on your mind is exercise. But with the Wii, even though you are a working man and a family man, you can schedule in this exercise routine when ever you have the time. And all you have to do is plug in the Wii, insert the game and begin. Its advance interactive games may not be as great or as efficient as really going out and doing those activities but they are a good place to start and a great way to get motivated to progress and continue to be more physically fit. The Wii fitness program would be a great starting point towards you goal of finding the best form of fitness.
